Meet the Creator
Andrew has over 12 years of experience as a sports performance coach for college and professional athletes. He has created a unique style of training based on the sequence of muscle firing to optimize athletic performance and alleviate chronic pain. Andrew has a completely different philosophy and approach to everything. He is a Personal Trainer located in Boulder, CO who also incorporates energy work and includes the energy field of the body.
