One 55-minute Training Session

Training sessions involve enhancing the sequence of muscle firing around basic movement patterns. This includes harmonizing the balance between stability, flexibility, mobility, and strength. Training begins with neurological reprogramming to enhance movement quality. Once movement quality is adequate, athletes will begin increasing resistance to generate optimal force output. These sessions also have tremendous and long-lasting benefits for chronic pain.

Gym hours vary based on scheduled sessions. 

We will schedule sessions Monday-Friday from 6:45 am to 5 pm.
